– The water tower was built in 1893. Initially it was providing water to locomotives, but it is operating nowadays as well and provides services to 400 beneficiaries. The artesian well is 150 meters away from the railway station. The tower is built of red bricks, the foundation is made of stone and the roof is made of plates. A tank for water collection and a piping system are located within the tower.
– The condition of the building is satisfactory, but it is necessary to replace the tank and to undertake some indoor repairing works. It is mainly necessary to restore the stairs and some carpentry elements. Subsequently, the territory will be equipped as space to get some rest and the tower will become water museum.
